The East London KO MMA team is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Bethnal Green and Stepney Green underground stations.

The North London Gym is in New Barnet, Leicester Road and is easy to get to with frequent bus and train routes.

The gym is fully matted with two boxing rings, separate male and female changing rooms and showers and a selection of weights and other fitness equipment.
