Welcome to the website for the KO MMA Team.We are a young, up and coming fight team based in East London, and represent the MMA (cage fighting) and grappling side of the famous KO Muaythai gym . Our professional, top-class coaches provide high-quality instruction in MMA, wrestling, brazilian jiu-jitsu, thai boxing and boxing, with classes catering for all levels of student, from absolute beginners through to amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes. The KO MMA Team is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Bethnal Green and Stepney Green underground stations. The gym is fully matted with two boxing rings, separate male and female changing rooms and showers, and a selection of weights and other fitness equipment.
