Welcome to KO MMA, part of the world famous KO Gym. KO has a world-reknowned reputation for Muay Thai, and a growing reputation for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competition, which has already established us as one of the top MMA gyms in London.

The KO MMA team is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Bethnal Green and Stepney Green underground stations.
The gym is fully matted with two boxing rings, separate male and female changing rooms and showers and a selection of weights and other fitness equipment.

Congratulation so Andrey and Dmitry. This Saturday two KO students made their way down to Nailsea near Bristol for Spartan Grapple Challenge 7. Both came home with medals. Congratulations to Dmitry Lapko who took Gold and Andrey Filas for his Silver.
Anna wins Pro-MMA fight at Rush

Ko Gyms, Anna Zucchelli won her fight this weekend (11/12/11) at Kayo-MMA Rush show in Watford. The fight was stopped at the end of the 1st round due to a nasty cut caused by an elbow.
